It’s maple tree tapping weather around these parts. One tree can produce around 20 gallons of sap which boils down to 1/3 of a gallon of syrup.
I’m on week 13 of p90x - the final week. I feel better than when I started but I should’ve taken their advice about the diet plan… ending the night with whiskey and bite-sized Tostitos wasn’t part of it. Also, I hate sit-ups.
