Watched the documentary “Forks Over Knives” and thought this chart was interesting. It advocates a vegetarian diet based on things like disease and environmental impact. Personally, I love a good cut of animal so rather than fully abstain I try to limit the portion and frequency. The documentary makes a good case though.
